The Service Coordinator is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our residents concerning maintenace repairs. 


  • Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
  • Assigning all service request to each maintenance technician. 
  • Meeting with Maintenance Supervisor daily in order to ensure that all urgent and scheduled repairs are completed daily.
  • Completing follow-up calls to residents once tickets are closed out to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Managing and maintaining Pest Control logs and service. 
  • Completing incident reports for floods, fires, damages and general incidents for record keeping. 
  • Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
  • Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Requesting purchase orders for outstanding contractor repairs.
  • Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
  • Maintaing a ticket count of under fifty (50) open requests.
  • Assisting with other duties which are deemed vital by the PM and APM.


  • High school diploma.
  • Relevant field experience in property management. 
  • Some repair work experience.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience recommended.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Yardi.
