Gates Hudson team is seeking a professional, polished, concierge. The Concierge is a key member of the property management team. Concierge provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.
The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR reports to and receives general supervision and direction from the Property Manager that they provide support to. The ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR is to comply with the governing documents and GHCM’s established policies and procedures and is not to take action contrary to such guidelines. This position must have the perceptiveness, interpersonal and organizational skills required to deal effectively with a wide range of people, including owners, tenants, property managers, and outside contacts all while providing quality customer service.
Gates Hudson Community Management, at the Board’s direction, effectively manages the property. The Managing Agent will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the Association’s Board of Directors and GHCM’s Management Agreement. The ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN conducts all business in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and GHCM’s established policies and procedures, all Federal, State, and County Fair Housing Laws, American with Disabilities Act, and all other laws pertaining to housing. The ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN is responsible for physically assisting the maintenance technician in maintaining the property including corrective and preventative maintenance measures on property equipment, fixtures, and buildings, and for safeguarding the same. Perform drywall/plaster and wallpaper repairs and painting of all common areas – interior and exterior – throughout the property.

Gates Hudson is in need of a Regional Manager based out of our corporate Fairfax office supporting the Maryland market. The Ideal candidate will have experience with affordable housing (LIHTC).
Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President or the Vice President, the REGIONAL MANAGER is totally accountable for the property operations. The REGIONAL MANAGER is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Assistant Vice President or the Vice President and the Property Owner. Responsibilities may include maintaining zero vacancy; achieving “bottom line” budget net cash flow and budgeted cash balances by maximizing income; minimizing delinquency and expense; and providing quality service for our residents. In addition, the REGIONAL MANAGER must be knowledgeable in all phases of leasing and follow Fair Housing Standards.
